1. Exchange – Want a different size or color?
No problem! You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided it shows no signs of use (remember to keep the tags attached!).

Step 1: Email us at sklep@nuff.pl to reserve the replacement item.
Step 2: Send the item back to: Sklep Nuff Respekt, ul. Warszawska 3/1, 42-202 Częstochowa, Poland or to InPost PaczkoPunkt: POP-CZE11.

2. Returns (Right to Withdraw)
You have the right to change your mind and return the purchased product within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to do it? Notify us by email (sklep@nuff.pl) or include the completed withdrawal form in the parcel.
Refunds: We will refund your payment using the same method you used for the purchase. If you paid on delivery (COD), please provide your IBAN/SWIFT bank account number for the refund.
Shipping Costs: We refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available in our store. If you chose a more expensive shipping method, the difference is non-refundable.
Your Responsibility: You may check the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the item is returned with signs of use (e.g., scent of perfume, stains, missing tags), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount due to the diminished value of the goods.
Important: We do not accept parcels sent "cash on delivery" (COD).

3. Complaints (If the product is faulty)
Noticed a defect? Let us know at sklep@nuff.pl. We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible!

Your Rights (2026): If a product is faulty, we will first offer to repair or replace it with a new one. A refund (withdrawal from the contract) is only possible in legally specified situations (e.g., when a repair or replacement is not possible).
Transport Damage: If the package arrived damaged, please contact us and return the product – we will handle it immediately.
Processing Time: We will process your complaint within 14 days of receiving the faulty product.
Important: Parcels sent "cash on delivery" will not be accepted due to technical limitations.
